Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-16

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website tron-energy.com and the TRON energy rental service offered on it (the "Service"). The Service is operated by a private individual (the "Operator", "we", "us"). By connecting a wallet or paying for an order you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets you rent TRON network energy for a selected period. Energy is a TRON network resource consumed by smart contract calls such as USDT TRC-20 transfers. When you place an order, energy from a third-party resource pool is delegated to the TRON address you specify for the selected period, after which the delegation ends automatically.

The Service does not hold, store or transfer your funds, tokens or private keys. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. The Service is not an exchange, a wallet, a bank or an investment product.

3. Eligibility

4. Orders and pricing

Before payment the Service shows the amount of energy, the rental period, the receiving address and the exact amount to pay in TRX. Prices are based on the current energy market and may change at any time until you send the payment. A price shown in an order confirmation is valid for 15 minutes.

The receiving address must be activated on the TRON network. Energy can only be delegated to the address shown in the order confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made in TRX from your own wallet (for example TronLink or Trust Wallet) to the deposit address shown in the order confirmation. Payment must be sent from the connected address in a single transaction for at least the amount shown. You pay the TRON network fees for your own payment transaction.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Check the amount and the recipient before confirming the payment in your wallet.

6. Delivery

Delivery usually takes about a minute after your payment is confirmed on the blockchain but may take longer when the network or the resource pool is under load. An order is considered fulfilled when the ordered energy has been delegated to the receiving address. The delegated energy is available for the period you selected, counted from the moment of delegation.

How much energy a particular transaction consumes is determined by the TRON network and the smart contract involved, not by us. For example, a USDT transfer to an address that has never held USDT needs about twice as much energy as a regular transfer.

7. Refunds

If an order cannot be fulfilled, in full or in part, we refund the TRX for the undelivered part to the address the payment was made from, as described in the Refund Policy. Delivered energy cannot be returned or refunded.

8. Your responsibilities

9. Refusal of service

We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order, or block an address, if we reasonably believe that the use is unlawful, breaches these Terms or the AML & Risk Disclosure, or poses a risk to the Service. If we cancel an order that has been paid and not delivered, we refund the payment unless the law requires us to act otherwise.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on the TRON network, on blockchain data providers (such as TronGrid) and on third-party energy resource providers. We are not responsible for outages, delays, errors or changes in these services, including changes to TRON network parameters and fees.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a specific amount of energy will be available at a given time. Nothing on the website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by your wallet, your device, incorrect addresses you entered, blockchain conditions or events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page applies from the "Last updated" date. Orders placed before an update are governed by the Terms that applied when they were placed.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Operator's place of residence, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country provides otherwise. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue within 30 days.
