AML & Risk Disclosure
1. Our approach
The Service only rents network resources (energy) to TRON addresses and never holds or transfers users' funds. We still do not want the Service to be used for crime and apply the rules below.
2. Prohibited use
- Money laundering, terrorist financing or financing of weapons proliferation.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, wallet drainers, ransomware or the movement of stolen funds.
- Sanctions evasion, including use by sanctioned persons or from sanctioned jurisdictions.
- Any other activity that is illegal where you or the recipient are located.
3. Screening and refusal
We may check addresses against public sanctions lists and risk sources. We may refuse or cancel orders, block addresses, keep records and, where required by law, report suspicious activity to the competent authorities. We do not have to explain the reasons for a refusal where the law prevents it.
4. Identity verification
We do not require identity verification for regular orders. We may ask for additional information in exceptional cases, for example for unusually large volumes or a refund to a disputed address.
5. Risk disclosure
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. A payment sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
- The energy a transaction needs is set by the TRON network and the smart contract and may change.
- TRON network parameters, fees and resource prices can change at any time, including during an active rental.
- Network congestion, outages of data providers or resource pools can delay delivery.
- Digital assets are volatile and may be regulated or restricted in your country.
- Keep your seed phrase and private keys secret. We will never ask for them.
6. Report abuse
If you believe the Service is being used for fraud or other illegal activity, write to [email protected] or Telegram t.me/tron_energy_com.
